Our forests face increasing threats, including wildfires, urbanization, diseases, and pests. Effectively addressing these challenges is essential to preserving biodiversity and ensuring the sustainable management and resilience of our forest ecosystems. As part of this effort, our upcoming workshop will explore best practices in post-fire forest recovery, as well as strategies for tree planting techniques, forest species composition and grazing control. Through on-site observations and discussions, we aim to exchange knowledge and enhance forest conservation efforts across the island.
